Ingredients 1 kg of flour 00

500 ml milk 1 cube yeast
80
g sugar 40 g butter 2 eggs + 1 yolk


a pinch of salt 200 g chocolate chips

procedure
Dissolve yeast in milk, add sugar and mix.
Putting it all in the flour, add butter, a pinch of salt, mix a little and then add the eggs, mix. When you have mixed a bit ', add the chocolate chips.
Let the dough rise, covered with a cloth x 1 hour and a half.
At this point, not much older form of sandwiches and place them well apart on a baking tray covered with paper.
Let rise again about 45 minutes and then bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
