Ingredients


Shortcrust Pastry 2 eggs

125 g butter 125 g sugar 250 g flour


Cream

340 g water 140 g sugar 1 egg

35 g starch or cornstarch
lemon juice
rind of a lemon


Preparation Prepare the cream, stirring well to avoid lumps. Put on the stove, bring to a boil and let cool.
Prepare the pastry, line the pan (28 cm in diameter), garnish with the cream and bake at 170 degrees for 35 minutes.
