Ingredients 1 kg of flour 00

500 ml milk 1 cube yeast
80
g sugar 40 g butter 2 eggs + 1 yolk


a pinch of salt 200 g chocolate chips

procedure
Dissolve yeast in milk, add sugar and mix.
Putting it all in the flour, add butter, a pinch of salt, mix a little and then add the eggs, mix. When you have mixed a bit ', add the chocolate chips.
Let the dough rise, covered with a cloth x 1 hour and a half.
At this point, not much older form of sandwiches and place them well apart on a baking tray covered with paper.
Let rise again about 45 minutes and then bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Stomach Infection Headaches

Cake Sweet Rose

Ingredients
Dough
500 g flour 90 g sugar

2 eggs
60 g soft butter 17 g yeast


60 g milk 60 g salt water


Filling

Jam
Raisins

procedure
Mix in a bowl with baking powder 150g flour of yeast dissolved in water and milk slightly warmed, fino ad ottenere una specie di pastella da far lievitare per circa 40 minuti.
 
Trascorso questo tempo, unite alla pastella il resto degli ingredienti dell'impasto. Lavorate energicamente e a lungo, finché non sarà più appiccicosa. Se usate la planetaria, lavorate l'impastco con la frusta a gancio. Dovrete ottenere una pasta morbida.
Mettete di nuovo a lievitare per circa un paio d'ore, finché il volume risulterà il doppio di quello iniziale.

Trascorse le due ore, riprendete l'impasto ormai lievitato, sgonfiatelo schiacciandolo con le mani sulla spianatoia.
Stendetelo con il matterello formando un rettangolo di circa 4 mm di spessore, con il lato più corto di circa 20 cm, la lunghezza dovrebbe risultare di circa 60 cm.

Spalmate la marmellata sull'impasto e aggiungete l'uvetta precedentemente ammollata nel rum.
Arrotolate e tagliate in tronchetti di circa 4 cm di lunghezza (ne otterette in questo modo circa 12 o 13)disponeteli in verticale, cercando di chiuderli leggermente nella parte bassa per non fare fuoriuscire la farcitura, leggermente distanziati fra loro, in un teglia con carta da forno, di 26 cm di diametro o a forma di cuore delle stesse dimensioni.

Fate lievitare nuovamente per circa 40 minuti.

Cuocete in forno preriscaldato a 180° ventilato per circa 35 minuti.
Fate la prova stecchino prima di estrarre la torta.
