Ingredients For the pastry:
500 grams of flour
250 g butter 150 g sugar
4 egg + 1 egg
Preparation
cover up the cold butter in the fridge with the flour, then add sugar and egg yolks one at a time.
Wrap in plastic wrap and let cool in frigo per 30-40 minuti.
Stendere la frolla per circa 3-4 mm, incidere i biscotti e infornare a 170° per circa 13 minuti. Non devono bruciare.
